Other or Thumbnail overide unchecked Youtube option and show up thumbnail. I have either one of those two checked for bing but this will show thumbnail in Youtube too. Can we have Youtube option get more priority than Other and Thumbnail?

Thanks for reporting this; I expect to fix it for the next release (1.7.2beta1 and 1.7.2 official).
