Key Features:

How It Works:
- Install the add-on and create your first campaign to open the Campaign Manager. It has three sections: Templates, Send Options, and Recipient List.
- TEMPLATE
- Explore your Thunderbird folder tree to find the email you will use as a template, then assign it to the campaign.
- If you are using placeholders, make sure they match your uploaded recipients table (e.g.,
{{name}}↔ columnname; To:{{email}}↔ columnemail). However, BLANK recipient in your template will work too. - Once confirmed, you will see a preview of your email and the detected placeholders.
- SEND OPTIONS
- Choose whether to send now or later (sending later places emails in your Outbox).
- Set your sending rate (e.g., emails per hour).
- Enable Random Mode to introduce time variation (e.g., if sending 1 email every 10 seconds, actual interval will vary between 6–18 seconds).
- Enable Logic Mode to create batches with cooldowns (e.g., 25 emails per batch with a 5-minute pause).
- To send hundreds or thousands of emails, combine Sending Rate + Random Mode + Logic Mode. Optionally activate multiple subject lines.
- “Send now” uses its own timing between emails. Use only the Thunderbird engine if the app doesn’t work correctly for you or if you don’t mind stricter server limits.
- RECIPIENTS
- Import recipients from CSV or Excel (first row becomes column headers used as placeholders in your email body).
- Once your recipients are loaded, check the TEMPLATE section for placeholders; matched placeholders will turn green in the preview.
- Click Run Campaign to start sending.
Note: Using Microsoft Email Essentials, we successfully delivered 500 emails in one run with a rate of 260/hour, using Random + Logic Mode (25-email batches with 5-minute cooldowns).
Known Issues:
- During Full Activation, if you import hundreds of emails, the app may show only 50 recipients; however, when running the campaign it will send to the entire list comprising your hundreds of emails.
