Very good customer centricity. The developer quickly took action following my rating and comments in July 2021. The add-on has been updated and is now working flawlessly. Very useful, especially when you are receiving a lot of emails from the same sender(s).

On July 7, 2021 we exchanged e-mails and on July 8 we found the issue: there was an incompatibility with an old Thunderbird extension which was not compatible with Thunderbird new API and prevented the addition of new buttons. Disabling the extension solved the issue.
