You can see only what you want to on pages. I use this thing constantly. Something I don't like, images,ads,search bars, even just someones name, poof and it's gone using the element hiding rule. And it continues blocking, add the rule once and it will be enforced until you remove it. Don't even think about visiting a porn site without using the element hiding rule.
