This works as intended, no strings attached. If you can follow simple instructions you shouldn't have a problem getting this to work. The format options are abundant and detailed. Seriously, I love you for this addon.

Having said that, I'd like to suggest a couple of improvements:
1. Add an option for saving files with lowercase extensions. I prefer lowercase (eg. .mp4 vs .MP4)
2. Add support for darker FF themes. I'm currently using LavaFox which is one of the most popular out there and the options dialog is hardly readable due to the theme using a grey colored font. screenie --> http://i.imgur.com/ufo9Wfu.png

However I'm overlooking these small nags and because of the sheer awesomeness of the addon I’m giving this a five star rating ATM.
