It needs detailed information on what it supposedly does and how to use it.

the "fonf" - button activates the function as in the menu "Tools" - "Runs Filters on Folder".
it's easier to reach the function with that button.

the "Filter" - button only opens the "Message Filter" dialog, where you can handle your message filter.
