Does not load says incompatible with 13.0.1

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.1).

Not sure what's happening here. Reviews are not the best place to report/resolve problems. That is why you can click on my name on the addon's page and then send email. Please note that this does run on my TB 13.0.1 on Windows XP.
