I have to add the address 4 or 5 times to get it to take, and it forgets the list every time I shut down my browser. So I end up attempting to re-enter the same sites over and over and half the time I can't get it to accept the address.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.9.1-signed.1-signed).
