which version of thunderbird are you using?
I stay on 57, because of need of this extension.

Best Thunderbird add-on for managing tasks!
Thunderbird 60 compatibility is needed.

Great Extension!
An improvement would be, to export the alarms, so it no application is running the alarm still will be displayed :-)
