TB 60.6.1
Does not work with TB 60.6.1. - Does not display any accounts. Otherwise nothing.

I have the v1.2.0pre3 - Thunderbird 60+ release installed. But even that did not work.
Than I found this one: Manually sort folders 1.2.1
Does not do anything.
You can also change the sort order manually. Here are the instructions: https://sidvind.com/wiki/Thunderbird/Change_account_order.
