Horizontal Wheel Fix doesn't seem to do anything in Firefox 3! Horizontal scrolling (along the bottom of the touchpad), makes normal vertical scrolling.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.44.14.20080509).

Great extension! The only critique are the icons of the buttons - it would be very nice to have a version with Tango Icons, instead of the KDE ones.
