This addon provides notification when an IM or chat message is received in Thunderbird.
This is a modification of L2C2's Chat Notifier (for Thunderbird). Added are window blinks and pop-ups when an IM is received. With the exception of these two changes, the rest of the addon was all written by L2C2.
