2) Search by other address book field (such as phone number, or more important - company)

Hi,thank you for getting in touch.Both of your suggestions are already implemented.

If you click on the card icon inside of Contact Tabs's search field you'll find a menu where you can select the address books you want to search as well as the fields for which to search.
