Please respond to your support email. My email has been down since yesterday at 14:00, and it’s starting to get very costly that the email isn’t working.
I have uninstalled the program, removed all profiles and temporary files. Now when I try to reinstall it, it doesn’t work. I’ve tested both OWL 1.4.5, 1.4.5.1 and the test version you released yesterday. I only get the error message:
Authentication error.
Could not detect login form
Please provide a solution immediately. ANSWER THE EMAIL!

The test version 1.4.5.1b1 works well for me in order to fix the "Office365 OWA authentication windows staying open" issue. Thanks Team for your prompt fix and hard work, well done !

Même problème - dernier message entrant dans la fenêtre TB 18 nov. / une 2e fenêtre Outlook s'ouvre avec les nouveaux messages, mais je n'ai plus accès à la sauvegarde locale de mes brouillons qui me permettraient d'utiliser ma signature. MÀJ--> Merci pour votre réponse rapide en moins de 30 min et pour une solution officieuse. Quel est le délai moyen d'approbation de Mozilla? Je n'ai pas accès à votre version par firefox, mais pas safari. Lors de l'installation le pop-up indique que vous aurez accès à toutes les données sur mon ordinateur. Je préfère attendre une version moins instrusive.

I have since yesterday the same problem with the authentification. And if I close outlook manually I get the message" registration window closed too early"

Same problem. Office365 OWA authentication windows is staying open again. Unable to receive or send messages from Thunderbird. I have latest version (1.4.5) of OWL. My e-mail still works on my iPhone.

When you manually close the authentication window, does login fail or work? Could you please send us more information, to our customer support email address? Please include the email address that you try to use with Owl, what your the browser address for your company's OWA webmail. In your email, please refer to this review and tell support that I asked you to contact them.

Can you send us details to customer support, please? Like your email address that you try to use with Owl, and the browser address of your company's OWA webmail. Please tell our support that I asked you to send this info, so that they route the information properly.

Suspiciously, our business email account was hacked after installing Thunderbird, adding Owl and logging into our GoDaddy/Outlook email account.
Tato recenze je pro předchozí verzi doplňku (1.4.5).I can assure you that it's not due to Owl. Owl runs entirely on your computer, and we do not send the password to our servers, only to your email server to log in.
Either this is a coincidence, or your have malware on your computer which installed a keylogger or password logger and stole the password on your computer. Unfortunately, that is fairly common, but unrelated to Owl.

Good when it works, but has been unreliable in recent months with login issues. Developers didn't respond to my email asking about an issue I was having either, where new tabs kept opening for Outlook accounts every time Thunderbird checked my Outlook account.

There were problems in recent months, because Microsoft changed the authentication system on their end. Additionally, they did it peace-meal-wise, which meant we had to adapt multiple times.
The latest version of Owl 1.4.4 should work now, which was released 3 weeks ago. It is working for our other users, according to what we know. Are you still seeing issues with that version? If so, please do reach out to support again, and describe *in detail* what you do, what happens, etc., so that we can look at it.

Works perfectly, just go to the extension settings, and click on the wrench. Lets me use my School email without them enabling thunderbird in ms365

It works well for emails but doesn't support the office365 calendar.

This add-on does not show half of my mail folders and its display speed is very slow. It is as if it is frozen. This add-on seems to be bad at handling large mail folders and deep hierarchies.
