Ok now It's working. But I did not have "Case" in Module list...

When I right clicking on mail I did not have archive to crm. If I'm using "RT Achive to CRM" button I have red message "
You haven't selected any emails"

Please try the latest version 1.0.19. Your issues have been addressed. Thanks for using the add-on.
