I tried this on V138 but it doesn't work when I launch TB. It works temporarily only if I go to the Addons page and turn off & on this addon, or open a new tab and go back to the TB main screen. But when I exit TB, the next time I launch, it's not working again, until I "refresh" by (like I mentioned): 1) disabling/re-enabling this addon or 2) opening a tab and going back to the TB main view.

I just tried this in TB 78.9.1 and there's more leading or space between lines of text but the font size does not increase. Thanks.
