Old-style smilies

A very simple extension for all those people who dislike the new style of smilies introduced by Thunderbird 3, allowing the old-style ones to be there again.

New in version 0.21.2: theme has been converted to an extension, thus allowing other themes to be used while keeping the old-style smilies.
