I just installed the modified version again – and it works! TB 45.1.1
The xpi-file is in the zip-file, you have to unpack it and then install it inside Thunderbird....

Thank you stanislav, that you publisched the correct code here. CANNOT understand, why the author is not able to update the addon with so small effort...
