A tool to raise awareness on email privacy. Visualizes the estimation of the path of your email messages on an interactive map. You can see which countries might have taken a copy of the message.
Über dieses Add-on
This tool adds a new button to your emails, which you can use to analyse your emails. Tracemail extracts header information of the email files, and also estimates the network path between your computer and the receiving server (using traceroute). This is used to estimate the path the email message have taken on the network. After this, it plots this path on an interactive map where you can also check out the dataveillance (data+surveillance) laws of the given countries.
