You need to explain whether the notes are stored locally or on the notesfly server. I went to notesfly.com, but there is absolutely no explanation of what it is about, only a place to register an account. If the notes are saved locally, then you need to explain why registration is necessary. If saved on your server, then you need to supply a privacy policy.
In short, this looks like a blackbox.
