What I want is every session I end, I want all the windows to be saved unless I manually delete it. How do I ensure that? (your users guide is a bit complex).

For example if I load an old session, then decide I want to load another session instead and click Replace current session, will that delete the session in the archive or just the windows iI have open now?

Also, you say you can back up saved sessions but don't explain how (for non techy like me). Just copy and paste the folder into documents?

Been using this for a while now, was constantly losing sessions on firefox before thanks to its crashing, haven't lost one since.
