This works great, Thanks.
When some servers are not up to date with new browser versions this fixes these problems, with easy to use list/s.
Easy to modify any list item for personal customization.

I have just finished putting this add-on through tests.

For me.
OS's
Ubuntu 10.04 FF 3.6.17
Ubuntu 11.04 FF 5.0

1) The setup for FTP only works if you use the IP address.
2) For ENCRYPTION since I need to sync both bookmarks and passwords only works properly on the default TEA setting. If I use the AES from 128 to 256 only my bookmarks get uploaded and when I try to sync it with another machine I am notified that the file is corrupt! (yes the settings are correct).
3) When syncing it will sometimes freeze FF for a brief period.
4) This takes longer than xmarks byos edition to sync. (which only works on FF3 to 3.5 (editing the install.rdf to 3.9 will make this work on all FF3 versions)
5) The real plus with this is the option to save to a local folder and backup both bookmarks and passwords just in case of a mistake.

This is essentially a more simplistic version of xmarks byos edition with one major plus local backup.

Good to see there is still an add-on out there for people like me who only want to use there own server, not a third party!
This is now a must add-on for my FF setup.

This works of ff4 great.
Transfered from ff3.6 to a ff4 with no issues.
Since xmarks byos does not work on ff4 this is a great way to keep your files local.

The update is making this great add-on work properly again.
Synchronizing ones block list is a must for my systems, so a big thank you for the developer for this.

The only thing I think is missing the the ability to download the uploaded filters by clicking a download now, instead you have to change the automatic synchronization time slot.
Apert from that it still gets a good 5 stars from me.

This works great for me, no spam paging happening here.
Maybe you need to look into a decent filter for blocking garbage.
This i set to block cookies globally then i set cookie permission for sites that i use.
It's simple and easy top use.
