This plugin is awesome. And I have also done something awesome with .mht file too: I wrote a script to convert a local folder/a bunch of inter-conneted .html files into a single .mht file. Check http://baohaojun.wordpress.com/2011/11/26/html2mht-pl-and-dir2html-pl/
