CSS Refresh

The used refresh technique is lacking the ability to refresh the @import-ed style sheets. So the extension is useless in those cases. A simple workaround is to stylesheets during the development process and then @import them at final stages.

Duplicate Contact Manager

Doesn't seems to handle Contact lists.
