The extension seems very useful but I have a problem. First, I'm not super computer savvy but I understand the basic layout of the add-on. What I'd like to do is backup my entire profile (multiple folders) every day to an external flash drive so that I have ONLY a SINGLE current (that day's) complete profile on the backup drive- not layered versions from previous days. That day's backup automatically completely replaces the previous day's backup. I believe this is called 'mirroring.' So after that day's backup I have everything from only that day and absolutely nothing else, with the backup (mirroring?) done automatically every day. This may be doable with the add-on but it is not clear to me exactly what buttons I have to set to accomplish that. Any help would be appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to me to help me with this. Thank you - ChrisVan

Thanks for the review!
I know the options can be confusing.

So for a single, complete backup every day, use the following :

In options Backup Scheduling set:
- Enable 1 day frequency
- Set backup directory
- Set to automatic folder + date name
- Set Save to Always all files
- Set Backup content to All profile files
- Set number of backups to retain to 1

Note that the backup occur when Thunderbird is
closed. I don't have it automatic yet.

If you have issues please go to the Github repository
