Any chance of this being updated for Thunderbird v5.0 and perhaps having the address book open in its own tab (rather than a separate window; massive oversight on the part of the Thunderbird developers that!).

Ok, the .5 version icon is perfect for TB 2.0. I'm happy now.

Yeah, the icon doesn't fit well on my screen either. I'm using TB 2.0 with the default theme.

The AB icon seems to be too big ???!!!
