Confirmed: duplicate folder name issue exists with all versions of ImportExportTools even if it is the only add-on enabled.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.8.0.1).

Please write to my email address (you will find it in my webpage) and give me more details: for example the name of the folder(s) that you can't import and the name of folders in the account.
