Bamboo Feed Reader
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Embedded audios are not shown. I can only see the embedded audio widget by entering the options and then (change anything or don't, doesn't matter) returning to the reader tab. Then the audio widget shows up. "Show embedded content (videos) of articles *" option has no effect whatsoever.
You can check this feed to see what I mean:

Anyway, aside from this bug, absolutely fantastic add-on. I use it as a google reader replacement, and love it. Thanks for the work you put into it.
p.s.: Nope, it's Firefox (Firefox ESR 24.6.0 to be precise). I don't use Thunderbird.
Memory Fox
Rated 1 out of 5 stars
All this addon does is to shift bytes around. On the surface it looks like reducing the memory use. However, the commit size of the process does not change. At best, it does not do anything harmful. At worst, it forces your system to swap more.

Bamboo Feed Reader
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Found this gem when looking for a replacement for google reader. Bamboo is very handy. It's better than cloud thingies: the lesson google taught us is still very fresh. It's better than stand alone feed readers, because when you click on the links in the feed items, you are still in the browser, which is very practical.
A few requests/suggestions though:
An option to throttle checking feeds would be nice. It attempts to check all the feeds at once, and it brings the network connection to a stand still for 10 seconds or so. Just check the feeds one by one, with some interval in between, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, I don't know.
Another request: please give us back the original right click context menu. It serves useful purposes, and it is not proper ethiquette to remove it.
Readability
Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Last month it was download statusbar (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/26). Now readability. Developers trying to cash in on the add-ons they created. And using stupid means to do so.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
