There are some people who bash this extension for forking from Adblock plus, but that is the point of open source software: if someone does not like something about a software, he is allowed to work on it (remove/improve etc.) And this is what the dev is doing with Adblock edge: removing the "acceptable ads" and the "malware protection" components. (Apart from the fact that the Adblock Plus dev earns from these)
@Adblock edge dev, thanks for providing us a fork! I like it.

DTA multiple downloading is really helping me download all pictures from page, and the speed improvement is icing on the cake.
