Extension conflicts resolved:
* RequestPolicy would block some requests where HTTPS Everywhere had changed the destination URL. Thanks to Peter, Mike, and Seth of HTTPS Everywhere for talking about, following up on, and applying the HTTPS Everywhere patch that corresponds to these RequestPolicy changes.
