Thanks to TeXnolog's workaround it is working fine now :)

Btw, a small correction in the Path, it is:
Tab Mix Plus Options > Events > New Tabs > Load on new tabs - Home page.

Thanks to Michael & TeXnolog for pointing out the conflict between SD & TMP. Hope the issue gets fixed soon.

Same issue as reported by TeXnolog. Speed Dial doesn't load in new blank tabs with Firefox 10.0.1.
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no effect. Not sure if this is a workaround but when I tried opening a new window, speed dial loaded fine. But it doesn't always work.
