Belgian users don't have a localised version of Firefox, this is great for French speaking Belgians such as my cousin who I'm welcoming to the wonderful world of Firefox

Canadian users of Firefox don't have a localised version and therefore do not have the correct default search plugin. Therefore this is great for all Canadian users.
