Best add-on ever!!!!! so missed when I went from version 52 to 96 (or whatever it was). Where can I throw you some $$$?

Thank you for the button options. I would love to see 'Select All" and "Edit as New" in there as well.

Is there a way to print the monthly calendar grid with Monday-Friday days listed only? This would allow more room for descriptions of events when printed. Thanks!!

Great, would also like to see it for T-Bird, the only improvement i would like is that the toolbar bookmarks are spread out too much and I have 3 that do not fit (which they all do fit for 95% of the themes).
