It worked, but . . .
Torture test: I have 250,000 messages in ~2500 folders, my gloda dbase is ~ 800 MB. POP3. No real crash, but the extension slowed my machine to a crawl and put the fan in overdrive. Therefore, cannot use.

I changed the name of my "local folders" to "LF". It took 15 seconds and saved 80% of the dreaded extra space.
