Tidybird now uses a more future proof way to add the sidebar, this changes a bit the look and feel.
Tidybird now also:
- records its last status, so when you hide it, it will not come back each time you restart Thunderbird
- records its width, so if you change the width, it will re-apply this next time Tidybird is shown
