I always loved the old Black version of this theme and since no more available...
i took my freedom to tweak and modify your last black Noia to fit my needs.
Have a look on what i did and eventually if you have time you can fix whatever is need
and make a full featured theme on black again!
For me it does the trick and looks awesome (best then any other available)
Not sure about Panels, but Downloads, Devtools & SearchBar seems all working fine...;)

Hello Cherwally,
I have take a look at the files you have posted. You are using a very old version of Noia Fox. A lot of new features are not available with this version (panels, devtools, downloads, searchbar,...) and I don't think that you can use it daily. It will be a very hard work for me to make this version compatible with the last Firefox versions. As you can see a lot of developers stop developing their themes. This is for a good reason : Mozilla Team change a lot of the code every month and keeping a theme compatible with the last version of Firefox takes a lot of time. Well for 2 themes....
I will not spend the little time I have for my leisures for developing a theme that I don't use daily. I prefer to keep it only for a basic Noia Fox that is stable with a good compatibility... and this is already a lot of time.
But users can use your package if there are happy with it....
