The add-on only pulls up the generic labels (like "Inbox") not any additional applied labels (like "Family" or "Receipts").
This is aggravated by the fact that the add-on takes a horrifically long time to pull up the minuscule number of labels that it supports.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
