Perfect : works great with your help for parameter : a thin color line appear in the writing zone to remembre the ID , just below formatting buttons .

TB 78.2.2 (64bits) : install with the succcess but doesn't know how to configure colors for account : does it really work ?

In the Add-ons section of Thunderbird, click on the "..." button for BorderColors, and then Options.
