Disable DragAndDrop (New)

A Thunderbird extension which disables drag and drop in the folder tree.
This extension prevents unintended folder movement.

Breaking changes
- Changed the minimum supported Thunderbird version from 68 to 128.
Improvements
- Extended the supported Thunderbird versions up to 136.
