I've used "View Source", almost daily, for many, many years. It's fantastic. Hopefully, someone will create a WE version...

Not sure if it's just a defect. I did not do any analysis to see if this extension sends traffic to any site, but it is anything but passive. Disabled it, restarted, and firefox is now well-behaved again. This is the plugin I installed most recently, so it was the first suspect.
64-bit Fedora 21, Firefox 38.0.5. If I try it again or perhaps find time to break out the network sniffer, I'll update this review.

I found much more than I expected with this add-on. I use WordPress.org to build sites - tons of associated files are involved. I was able to get a list and access, in logical groups, the several dozens of files used to render the sites. Example: one site has 5 HTML, 55 CSS, 65 JS. Bravo!

Works well, but if it could use the "View Source" functionality instead of a "New Tab" it would be much better since the formatting would be retained.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.1-signed.1-signed).Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Not bad but can't show a rendered (aka DOM) and chrome: html
(quick test by self on http://dafizilla.sourceforge.net/viewsourcewith/domtest.html)

It's every useful tool. but the sidebar is standalone , it no so good, it will make some collision work with other sidebar addon.
why not put the sidebar into the browser sidebar frame and menu, it more easy manage specifically when using other sidebar addon.
and if add a toolbar button and add a option to choose show or hide sidebar stick will be better!
