KDE Wallet password integration

To make it work in Thunderbird 31.2.0, I had to add the lines

init: function () {
this.initialize();
},

to the file .thunderbird/<profile name>/extensions/kwallet@guillermo.molina/components/KDEWalletStorage.js in my home directory.
