I happened upon this add-on accidentally -- didn't even know that such a tool exists. After using it for 5 minutes, I could already tell it's indispensable (for someone with lots of folders, like me)!

It works well enough under TB 3.0b1pre to be useful to me, but there is one problem: The button-icon is invisible, once you put it on the mail toolbar where it belongs. So you have to click on a blank area on the toolbar, when you want to filter your mails.
