Calm and simple, bright theme in classic blue and beige colors.
Alternating color of rows in message table view, added slight padding for the left side of message pane as well as different background color.
Version 1.21:
- removed toolbar shadow
- changed initial background color of message pane and added Thunderbird logo
- changed color of attachment bar
- slightly changed color of message header list
- changed colors of last month, weekend and today fields in calendar view
- changed theme icon (is it needed and displayed anywhere?)
