Adblock Filterset.G Updater

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I remember when the first version of this extension appeared. As soon as the initial bugs were taken care of, it quickly became the second most important part in my Firefox setup, after Adblock (Plus) itself. And it still takes that place for me. Marvelous!

And to Wai I'd like to say: Filterset.G happened to be around before Adblock Plus even HAD a built-in updating system. So who made what incompatible??? Filterset.G is simply the best filterset around, and deserves acknowledgment.

CustomizeGoogle

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Back in the days of FF 1.0, I installed the then current version of this ext, and it forced me to say there weren't enough stars on the menu to rate it properly, so I had to keep it down to 5 (5 was the maximum at that time. Check www.customizegoogle.com to see that comment, they still have it). I've been disconnected for quite some time, and recently got my chance to install the latest FF and now I rediscovered CG. Now I can finally rate it properly, with the 10 stars it deserved to begin with!

Speed Dial

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

When I started to use Speed Dial, I had several little issues. But apparently, to Josep del Rio, the developer, little issues do not exist: ALL issues are big issues to him, and he really goes out of his way to solve them immediately. Very responsive and helpful.

Speed Dial is really an essential extension to me now. Thank you, Josep, for this great add-on, and for things to come :)

Stylish - Custom themes for any website

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is really awesome. I like it a lot.

There is, however, one problem I found: styles for "about:blank" that load a picture AND change the background color, don't work properly. If you close FF and restart it, then only the latter of the two commands is performed when opening a new tab, unless you disable and re-enable the style first. !important doesn't change anything about this...

Still, a great extension!
