This One just works. I use Firefox 15 (nightly) so other likewise add-ons didn't work. but this one one works well and is what I wanted.

When I press Ctrl+= it magnify every things. Buttons and too bar shouldn't become bigger.

Please make an option to minimize it in system trays and also thunderbird starts when windows starts up.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
