Thunderbird Conversations
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Good idea and implementation overall that helps with keeping an overview of message threads / conversations. Though I noticed a couple of issues that may be a showstopper or at least a drawback for many users (myself included):
1. Does not work properly with dark themes. Backgrounds of messages (in read mode) are always set to white by default.
2. Font sizes in the message pane are fixed by default and cannot be altered -> REALLY bad thing for people with visual impairments who want to zoom in on messages to magnify font display.
3. Messages by default open in a fixed-sized window that gets aligned to the left of the screen and extends across the entire height of the screen. Why?
4. Attachments always get displayed at the end of a message which can mean a lot of additional scrolling effort.
Neither of these behaviors can be adapted anywhere in the settings, at least not that I would see it. I feel this is quite restricting in relation to the “core” benefit of having messages threaded into conversations.
Instead of “forcing” users into the above restrictions, the extension should focus on its core value added which is grouping messages by conversation – and not “fiddle around” with diverse default layout and display options – at least not without enabling users to turn these off again.
Nostalgy++/ Manage, search and archive emails
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Now that the issue with the 'c' shortcut in the message composer window seems to be fixed (see https://github.com/opto/nostalgy-xpi/issues/29), I would give it a full 5-stars!
Just the fact that the settings menu is somehwat "hidden" at the bottom of the Tools/Extras menu (which is faded out in TB by default) makes it a bit awkward to find. It should be moved to the "Add-on Settings" menu.
Apart from that, kudos to the developer! I think you managed to migrate an add-on to TB78+ that is essential, if not the most essential productivity add-on at all for many power users.
Nostalgy

Note that Nostalgy has been ported to TB78 recently under the name of "Nostalgy++":
https://addons.thunderbird.net/de/thunderbird/addon/nostalgy_ng/
There was/is still one (major) issue with a keyboard shortcut - for details, see https://github.com/opto/nostalgy-xpi/issues/29)
Apart from this, my experience so far is positive.
Quick Folder Move

(Leider) die bisher einzige funktionierende Alternative zu Nostalgy/Nostalgy++, das unter TB78 nicht mehr läuft/noch nicht läuft.
Das Add-on tut was es soll.

Awesome extension that really saves me a tremendous amount of time. I have always been looking for a tool that allows to use keyboard shortcuts to quickly move messages around, similar to the way Pine/Alpine did it. And this add-on just does the job!
Just one minor bug that I noticed: When you set the "Restrict folder completion to the current server" option (which is very helpful if you are managing several inboxes), in search result lists or lists of messages grouped by conversation thread, the S key won't work anymore on items in the list. At least no drop-down is shown in that case when you hit any of the S, G or C keys, while in the regular folder view, it does work.
Apart from that, I'm totally happy with the add-on - thanks for the great work!
