I am unable to open attachments or send replies when this add-on is enabled.

If you are using the Owl for Exchange add-on, please report the issue to their support. Unfortunately they are doing things which are not compatible with other add-ons and break those add-ons.

If you are not using that add-on, please use the support site at https://github.com/thunderbird-conversations/thunderbird-conversations/issues (as linked to from the description) to report the issue.
