This is useful, however there are some drawbacks. When starting, the window will pop up at first, and then disappear soon. It does not run silently.

if you are a Windows user, look for another minimizer addon. if you are a Mach user, this is what are you looking for.

This should bedefault feature in Thunderbird too.

Running on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Very please with this functionality, allows me to minimize Thunderbird but it keeps reading emails where I have filter rules running.

Changes nothing on Linux. App don't have a tray icon, so seems it can't do anything

Doesn´t work at least on Ver 102 ?! Only at first install it minimizes. After restart it doesnt.

Alternative "Simple Startup Minimizer"
