About this Add-on
PEC Zipper automatically groups all messages related to a PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata) sending into a single ZIP file, ready for court filing or archiving.
In Italian legal and administrative practice, every PEC sending generates at least 3 distinct messages: the original sent message, the acceptance receipt, and one or more delivery receipts (one per recipient). Retrieving them manually is repetitive and error-prone, especially for PEC with multiple recipients.
With PEC Zipper, just right-click on any of the related PEC messages — the original, the acceptance, or any delivery receipt — and select "PEC Zipper" from the context menu. The add-on automatically finds all linked messages using standard PEC headers (X-Riferimento-Message-ID, X-Ricevuta) and packages them into a ZIP file with clear, descriptive filenames.
Key features: automatic PEC message type recognition (original, acceptance, delivery) via certified headers; full support for PEC with multiple recipients (1 sent + 1 acceptance + N deliveries); works starting from any message in the group.
