Works fine for me in Thunderbird 68.10.0 (32 bit). I had to download the .xpi, go to add-on manager, then select Install Add-on from file. Thanks so much for bringing this back!

Please update for Quantum. I love this add on. If you're looking for one on Chrome, try CustomBlocker.
